National Women's Development Team Announced for Women's Euro Hockey Tour

Hockey Canada has revealed the 23-player roster for the National Women’s Development Team, which will compete in the Women’s Euro Hockey Tour from December 11 to 15 in Finland, including 11 from Ontario!!

The six-team tournament will see Canada placed in Group B alongside Czechia and Sweden. Group A consists of Finland, Switzerland, and the United States. Canada will begin the tournament against Sweden on December 11 at 8 a.m. EST, and will conclude the preliminary round with a matchup against Czechia on December 12 at 12 p.m. EST.
This will be the first time Canada’s National Women’s Development Team competes in the Women’s Euro Hockey Tour. With support from Czechia, Finland, Sweden, and Switzerland, this December tournament will be an annual event, featuring Canada and the United States through 2028, except during the 2026 Olympic year.
