Insurance

The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) along with its seven Member Partners are covered under the National Insurance Program.

The mandate of the program is to ensure that adequate financial resources are in place to compensate those who are injured or who have suffered a financial loss as the result of their involvement in hockey.

Hockey Canada continues to ensure minor hockey is one of the safest youth sports activities in Canada by providing information and resources for everyone involved in the game. Learn about the ground breaking Speak Out! program or how players are provided some of the most comprehensive insurance in minor sports. Players, parents, coaches, volunteers and officials can download emergency action plans (EAP's), policies, regulations, booklets, medical information and more.
